When will my order ship?
Our first US batch ships from Houston in the coming weeks. Waitlist members are notified before public launch and ship first.
Will I be charged today?
No. The waitlist is free to join -- no payment required. We'll email you when shipping opens so you can place your order at founder pricing.
Where do you ship?
United States only at launch (lower 48). International shipping is on the roadmap once we're stable in the US market.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days from our Houston, TX facility.
Are these really organic? Where do they come from?
Yes -- USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Fair Trade Certified. Every spice is grown by our partner farms in Sri Lanka, then packed fresh in our Houston facility.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Anytime. The waitlist is just an email signup -- there's nothing to cancel until you place a real order at launch.
