Minimums, dispatch and terms
The quote you receive depends on the products, quantities and delivery location you send us. These are the standing terms.
- Opening-order minimum
- $150 on your first order.
- Reorder minimum
- $100 minimum per reorder, in full cases of six pouches. Combine different cases to reach it.
- Case mixing
- Cases are single-SKU: 6 pouches of one spice and size per case. Mix cases of different spices to reach your order minimum.
- Dispatch window
- In-stock orders dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment; carrier delivery time is separate. If a spice is between harvests, dispatch timing is confirmed with you before you pay.

Pricing and payment
Wholesale prices are provided privately with your quote — we price each product after landed cost, packaging, fulfillment and margin. Shipping for wholesale orders is quoted separately based on order size and destination; the free-shipping offer on our retail site does not apply to wholesale orders. Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days; stock is reserved once payment is received and the order is confirmed. Payment terms: full payment before dispatch, by ACH or credit card through your invoice. Credit terms may be considered for established customers after review.
Samples
Interested in evaluating a product before placing an order? Include your sample request in the form. Samples are paid — you cover the product cost and shipping. Place a first wholesale order of $150 or more within 30 days of your sample and we'll credit the sample cost toward it.
Product information and documents
Ask us for ingredients, origin, pack specifications and the certification documents that apply to the products you are considering. Our products are USDA Organic (NOP 5561009364, certified by CCOF) and Fair Trade Certified (Fair Trade USA). Batch Certificates of Analysis can be supplied with your enquiry.
GMO Free is our own brand declaration, not a third-party certification. Facility and supplier credentials are separate from product certifications; tell us which you need.
