Browse our spices, pick your pouch, and click Pre-Order Now — you'll be guided through Shopify's secure checkout. No account required, and all major cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are accepted.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes of completing checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — or email us at hello@ramanrasa.com and we'll confirm it for you.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes — contact us at hello@ramanrasa.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll update the address. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Do you ship internationally?
United States only at launch (lower 48). International shipping is on the roadmap once we're stable in the US market.
When will my order be shipped?
Our first US batch ships from our Houston, TX facility within 2–4 weeks of your order. Pre-order customers ship before the general public, and we email you the tracking number the moment your package ships.
What is your return policy?

How long will it take until I receive my order?
Pre-orders ship from Houston within 2–4 weeks; once shipped, standard US delivery is 3–5 business days. Free US shipping on orders over $50.
