Ramanrasa Shipping Policy

At launch, Ramanrasa ships within the United States only (contiguous “lower 48” states).
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is not yet available. International shipping may be added later; when that happens, details will be updated here.

Free shipping: Free standard US shipping on orders over 50 dollars (after discounts, before tax).
Paid shipping: Orders under 50 dollars are charged a standard shipping fee shown at checkout.
Any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays).
During high‑volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer; any significant delays will be communicated by email where possible.

Standard delivery time for domestic US orders is 3–5 business days from dispatch, shipping from the Houston, Texas facility.
Ramanrasa uses reputable carriers and parcel services; the exact carrier may vary based on destination, order size, and operational needs.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside Ramanrasa’s control.

Once an order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier; there can be a short delay between dispatch and the first tracking scan appearing online.

Joining the waitlist or reserving a Founder’s Batch does not create a paid order; you are not charged at the time of reservation, consistent with Ramanrasa’s “we only charge you when it ships” promise.
When Founder’s Batch orders open, waitlist members are notified first by email and can place their paid order at founder pricing; standard shipping terms (including free shipping over 50 dollars) apply to those orders.
The first US “Founder’s Batch” ships from Houston in the launch window described on the website; any updated target ship dates will be communicated on the site and/or by email.

Ramanrasa does not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or hotel addresses where carrier delivery or confirmation may not be reliable, unless explicitly allowed at checkout.
Orders may be cancelled or held if the address is incomplete, appears invalid, or is outside the service area listed in this policy.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but it cannot be found, the customer should first check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier office. If the package is still missing, contact Ramanrasa with the order number and tracking details.
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken seals, contact Ramanrasa within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and affected products so the issue can be reviewed for a replacement or refund.
Ramanrasa will work with the carrier and the customer in good faith to resolve lost or damaged shipments consistent with the brand’s 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to Ramanrasa due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
If the customer chooses not to have a returned package reshipped, Ramanrasa may refund the product cost (excluding original shipping charges) where applicable.

Ramanrasa may update this Shipping Policy as the business expands to new regions or adjusts shipping partners and pricing. The most current version will always be available on the website
