Are your spices USDA Organic and Fair Trade certified?

Yes. Our spices are USDA Organic, Fair Trade Certified and GMO Free. Our manufacturing and packing partner in Sri Lanka produces and packs the spices at origin and holds the production certifications. RamanRasa is a certified handler and stores the pouches in a USDA-certified facility in Houston, Texas.

Where do your spices come from?

All of our spices are single-origin Sri Lanka, produced and packed at origin by our manufacturing partner there.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders ship within 2-3 days from Houston, Texas. Shipping is free on US orders of $50 and up. You will get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Your card is charged at checkout, with no second charge at shipment.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@ramanrasa.com and we will give you a full refund. You do not need to send the pouch back, and we will not ask why.
